They were welcoming, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through everything, pointed out that my oil plug was damaged, and made sure I fully understood what needed to be done—no pressure, just honest guidance. What really stood out was them offering to install the new plug for me once I get it. That kind of care and follow-through is rare. They also made sure I understood why my vehicle needs premium oil, which gave me a lot of confidence that they truly care about doing things the right way. I left feeling like I was taken care of by people who genuinely had my best interest in mind. Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Thanks guys!

This was a few months ago, but your mechanic literally asked me how much I paid for my car, criticized the price (lol it was so cheap, yet he made it seem like I over-paid) then tried to sell me his car and then again tried to sell me HIS TIRES OFF HIS CAR. I was just stressed out at the point so when he charged me 105$ I didn’t even say anything. I paid and left. But. I will never, ever go back and take any opportunity to knock your company, and this location specifically :) all I wanted was a freaking oil change. I do it myself now haha. Big middle aged white man with a potbelly fyi.

That’s the atmosphere I love! I don’t want to feel like the have to just do a job I wanna joke around and have fun. I will definitely be coming back to work with Steve again
