- CMCasey McChrystal2 days ago1.0WARNING: DO NOT LET THIS JIFFY LUBE TOUCH YOUR CAR. They tried to charge me $300 for an oil change, then magically dropped it to $160 when I said I’d leave. 🚩 They didn’t even do the job right either! They left the oil cap loose and spilled oil all over my engine. Worse, they noted an oil leak on the receipt but never told me, and still serviced the car anyway. Now my car is in the shop. This place is careless and shady. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have a Ford F150 ecoboost that Ford specifically says not to do an engine flush on. Ron sold me on the idea against the vehicle’s own recommendations. I didn’t know but he should have. Very unfortunate and hopefully does not cause me issues. I also bought the “True Brand Performance Package” that is just $30 worth of chemicals they charged $130 for. Just really disappointing all around.
