  Upon arrival I was greeted by an associate named Eric. Eric was extremely pleasant and professional. He reviewed all points of service, explaining each one individually. Eric’s customer service is top notch! I would return to this location based solely on this experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jiffy Lube, especially given that I’ve trusted this location for years. On Thursday, March 12, I came in for a high mileage oil change. The team was kind and respectful, and during the pre-check I was shown my filters, rotors, and recommended transmission service. While I usually decline additional services, I agreed to have my front rotors and brake pads replaced. I left the shop after paying $513.25 for the oil change and brake work, believing everything was handled properly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. On Wednesday, March 18 at 7:52am, while heading out for my 40-minute commute, my vehicle began shaking aggressively and my check engine light came on. I immediately pulled over and later took my vehicle to Cheeseman Service Center for a full diagnosis. I was shocked when the lead mechanic informed me there was no oil in my car. I questioned whether there could be a leak, but was told no—there were no signs of leakage, and this would have been clearly visible in my parking lot (which is monitored via Ring). They added oil (invoice available) and also informed me that my oil dipstick is now broken. I contacted Jiffy Lube at 10:01am to report the issue, only to be told, “That is not possible; we have checks and balances to ensure that does not happen.” When I requested to speak with a manager or district manager regarding a refund and accountability, the call was disconnected. I waited a week for a return phone call in the hopes Jiffy Lube would make good on their mistake. This situation could have caused severe engine damage and left me stranded. What’s most concerning is not just the apparent service failure, but the complete lack of accountability and customer care afterward. I trusted this location for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. I strongly urge management—especially a district manager—to review this situation seriously and follow up.
