  Took a bit longer than expected (1.5 hours) and was more expensive. Their coupon is for 99 dollars but that is for a certain amount of oil. I did not read the fine print. The worker made me aware before he started so that was nice.

  Went to this location to have my tire checked out for a screw puncture. Was on the corner of the tire so it needed to be replaced. They replaced my tire, charged me for what I thought was the tire they put on, but realized when I got home that it's the wrong tire type and brand (replaced my 99V with a 99H). Definitely should have checked before I left, but hindsight doesn't help me now. I have three tires of one kind and one of another. For those who don't know, you can't just throw a random tire on your car and call it a day. All of this is on top of making an appointment, showing up early, and it taking almost double the time they estimated. Techs stopped halfway through my service to look at someone else's vehicle who just showed up with no appointment. Trying to reach management on this is impossible so good luck if you need competent service. Wasted time and money.

  Had a heat shield come loose while driving on 70 on a Sunday. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, with a very low-cost fix. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

  I was new to that location, I must say the manager was absolutely amazing, he took the time to go over things in detail, I also observed him with other customers, same approach, I will definitely go back , the workers were also nice
