Even when I called the official company’s customer service, they allowed me to book an appointment for 1 PM. I drove 2 1/2 miles on a popped tire just to find out that they were actually closed. While I’ve been serviced at this location in the past, It is completely unacceptable that the company’s official hotline would allow me to book an appointment when they are clearly closed.
