  2X BOTCHED JOB!!! The bumper on my corvette was supposed to be replaced and painted to match the car. When I came to pick it up, the new bumper hadn’t been sanded to eliminate rough, plastic burrs sticking out at the edges from the plastic mold injection. It looked horrible (I didn’t take photos, unfortunately). I talked to the manager and he said he would have it disassembled, sanded, and repainted and make it right. I waited a week and hadn’t heard back so I called and asked if it was ready. The same manager (Jose) told me that he was going to have to disassemble it and sand it and repaint it. I told him that he already told me that a week ago and why wasn’t it a priority to fix it? He said he would get going on it right away and make it is right this time. I hadn’t heard from him for 5 days so I called he said it would be ready that afternoon. When I went to pick it up, it still had a visible spot where there was either plastic debris or tape that kept the paint from adhering it was flaking off (see photo). I asked why he didn’t check this, especially after the trouble I had been through, and he didn’t have an answer. He offered to “fix it” again but I declined and said I would touch it up myself. But can you imagine this? A new bumper on a new corvette and o have to go home and fix it? Ridiculous!

  My insurance company sent me to Gerber but before I went I read the comments on them and when I got there it was everything they said. Good customer service,knowledgeable staff and I can't wait to see my Genesis G 90 Ultimate.

  I highly recommend this location for your collision repair. I picked up my vehicle last week and they did an excellent repair job. The staff were very professional and helpful.

  Absolutely amazing location! They are super nice and efficient and do excellent work on your car. They even cleaned my car for free inside and out. I highly recommend going here to get your repairs done.
