  These guys went above and beyond for me and I so appreciate it. Trevor (? I didn’t get his card) found a solution to get me on the road that day even though the truck I scheduled hadn’t been returned when it was due. Delontaye picked me up at home and drove me to the Hilliard location across town (I think his shift might’ve been over already), and Aaron at the Hilliard location got me into a truck with a lift gate very quickly. They were all very personable and friendly (Delontaye and I had a really nice chat on the drive over!) and focused on customer service. When I returned the truck, Andrew was very kind and proactive about making sure I was happy, despite the truck not being available for pickup prior. Trevor (?) and I had a nice chat on the drive back to my home. Overall, great team and a positive experience.
