    Staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the only reasonably price was an extremely small Nissan Versa. In addition to being small, the engine didn’t provide enough power to make an emergency move on the freeway. They need more cars a step up from their locations. Tats my only complaint

    My brother rented a car while his car was being repaired. He has mental health issues and I was with him through the rent and return process. All the staff were friendly, kind, and patient with him. I witnessed the same with a couple other clients displaying frustration while we were waiting. It was busy, yet when it was our turn to be helped, the process was quick and efficient. The car was clean and included a snow brush/scraper. I will definitely use Enterprise again and recommend the Morse Rd./Easton location.
