Good experience. Rented a minivan through Costco rental for just under 1 week and got a good rate. Spent less than 4 minutes at the counter checking in though I probably could have skipped it since I am an Enterprise rewards member.
Walked around the corner into the nice, clean, well lit garage and was greeted promptly and directed to my newer Chrysler Pacifica Select (8,000 miles on it). It was clean and in good shape aside from the usual scuffs on top of rear bumper cover from folks dragging their bags out the back.
Return was super easy and from the time I pulled into the garage return lane to the time the guy confirmed my total amount and said I’m all set was less than 1 minute.
I’d give a 0.25 point deduction for how little information you can find about your rental agreement on the app. Seems like you should be able to pull up your entire rental agreement on the app but it seems a little oversimplified to me. Aside from that everything is great.
Based on the good condition of the car I got and quality of service I would recommend Enterprise.

Online check-in prior to my arrival is incredible, no wait, just walk right in and go get your car. A rep immediately met me, confirmed if I wanted to stick with my original choice of car classification ... to which I said no. He recommended a Toyota Rav4 which was an absolute dream to drive and off I sent. Everyone at check-in and check-out were fun, courteous, professional and made me feel valued.

Maddy, the manager, denied a fully paid reservation of $985 claiming that the driver’s license was “not in the system.” This is very concerning, especially considering the customer has successfully rented with both Enterprise and Alamo at least 10 times over the past five years using the same license.
This situation reflects poor customer service and a lack of reasonable problem-solving. A paid reservation should not be denied without offering a clear solution or proper verification process.

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise at John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH), and I want to specifically recognize Ty Lumpkin for going above and beyond.
After picking up my rental, I mentioned at checkout that the vehicle was slightly dirty in the back (and even then, I said it wasn’t a big deal). Ty immediately apologized and insisted on making it right. Even though I told him I was fine, he offered me a free upgrade and personally went to get a full-size SUV for me.
What really stood out was his attitude — professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. He even mentioned that they wouldn’t want me picking up my parents in anything less than a clean vehicle, which I really appreciated since I was on my way to Detroit to get them.
He closed his lane, ran to get a 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, and made the entire process seamless.
This is the kind of service that earns long-term customers. Huge thank you to Ty and the Enterprise team at CMH.

Hamda at Enterprise in Columbus, Ohio was absolutely outstanding. I had a difficult travel experience coming in, along with complications related to my vehicle booking through our company app, and she made the entire situation so much better. She was kind, reassuring, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She truly went above and beyond to make my experience a 10 out of 10. Because of how great she was, I’ve decided to switch my main rental car company to Enterprise. She made that strong of an impression!!
