  Amazing team who put me in a nice rental after going through Budget initially (prepaid $500 only to be told no cars available when I arrived). THANK YOU for saving my trip to these guys! I will be returning monthly for exceptional service

  The smaller branch has a smaller selection, but they still found a rental to help me in a short notice reservation. The Downtown Columbus branch is always so nice!

  I made a last-minute reservation online and later missed a call informing me that the reservation could not be accommodated due to a shortage. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, my interaction with your staff—specifically GC, a manager—was extremely concerning. GC’s demeanor was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His tone and responses were condescending, and he demonstrated a clear lack of basic customer service and interpersonal skills. What was most troubling was his unwillingness to engage respectfully or offer any meaningful assistance. When I escalated the matter to another manager, I remained calm and simply expressed my concerns. However, the response I received was similarly dismissive, with minimal acknowledgment beyond phrases like “I hear you” and “yeah.” While I was told the issue would be addressed, the lack of genuine engagement or accountability reflected poorly on the overall leadership and culture. Customer service standards are often a reflection of management, and unfortunately, this experience suggests a broader issue in how guests are treated. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve both communication and professionalism within your team.
