- JWJames Wolf3 days ago1.0So I decided to change my own oil this time since my health allows me to and I have never seen a oil filter so tight in my life and on top of that I’m missing a bunch of push pins and the cover that guards my oil filter and drain bolt and they tried to use the wrong socket on the drain bolt because it’s partially stripped. STAY AWAY, they do not care about you or your car.

So only changed the oil and I was charged full price. Told me to go get the two filters and they would replace them at a later time. Went to autozone, got them, waited 2 hours the next day to have them replaced. When I got into the bay finally - they were confused why I was back. They said they had the items in stock so they should have been replaced the day I was there initially. So long story short, I ended up wasting several hours getting the filters myself and then waiting in line AGAIN for the services that should have been included initially. Very disappointed in the competency and wasting of time.
- KMKeith MooreheadOct 20, 20251.0Waited in line for a little over 30 minutes behind a single vehicle. Wondered what was taking so long until I pulled forward and it became clear. All 3 bays were operating, but the employees seemed to be more interested in talking to each other about committing suicide and leaving early than they were doing anything functional. No tire pressure, filter, light, fluid check, etc despite all being marked complete on my service report. They had me pay before my oil was even changed, which was a first for me at any oil change facility. Maybe so I couldn’t decide to leave while they socialized instead working. When my oil change was complete all the techs stood in front of my vehicle loudly wondering why a vehicle that just departed was back in line. They stood there talking for 5 minutes before who I assume was the manager came over and said “Tire and light checks every time! No excuses.” They all scoffed and he said “I’m serious” while they continued chatting. Felt bad for guy who seemed to be the only person there that cared at all about doing anything. They finally dispersed and waved me out without doing any of the directed checks on my vehicle. Spent a total of an hour there. I almost went over to the 9 waiting vehicles on my way out to warn them, but I was too eager to get myself out of there. Should have read the other recent reviews before coming here.

If you go here I hope you check everything before you leave which is something you shouldn't have to do. Never coming back. Wanna know how i figured this out my car had been shaking so bad after I took it here and I was looking at everything to figure out why just to realize ive been scammed out of my money.
