Everyone that I worked with was super sweet and honest.
However, I waited an hour and a half for my oil change. The lines were not that long. They were understaffed, and I want to emphasize that that is not their fault and they were extremely apologetic. They even gave me a free windshield wiper blade for the wait. They were working hard and I was really totally fine with the wait. However, I drove off hearing a weird sound, and came to find the next morning that the cover to the bottom of the car to access everything was halfway peeled off. I went back, and a gentleman told me whoever put it back on put it on wrong, and it missed a check. What’s frustrating about this is when they finally got to my car, they rushed the process and created a possible road hazard should this piece have ripped off on the road. It was put back on correctly, but when I drove off, I discovered they also did not close my hood correctly, so I had to pull off the side of the road and close that as well.
I really try not to be a “Karen” about things because I understand from personal experience that staffing issues cause strain on a whole team. Everyone is trying their best and I felt that during my time there. What I hope is that management sees this and makes the appropriate changes. Again, everyone was so wonderful and fun to talk to, but I was rushed which led to something major getting missed.

Mikayla was amazing! She was super helpful! I have never gone anywhere but the dealership to get anything done on my car. And she sat there and explained everything to me and made the process super easy! 10/10 definitely recommended. They were professional and quick. Definitely coming back!
