- ASAshley Spencer4 days ago3.0Not a bad experience, just not a good one. The person helping wasn't attentive. The gentleman didn't tell me to turn off my car - he was snacking and talking so I just did it myself. He didn't offer me options about my oil. When they finished, I had to ask him if one of the other guys could check my tires because the tire pressure symbol was illuminated. Then three of the young men argued with each other about the hood being down while filling the tires and if it was safe or not. When I asked the guy who filled them which tire was low, he told me he didn't check rather, he just filled them all. They didnt reset my fuel gauge on the dash so I had to figure out how to do it myself once I realized it. It definitely left me wondering what else may not have been done under my car or hood where I couldn't see.
