When it was finally my turn, I was told to back out and yield to another customer in a different lane who I was told had arrived before me. While this had never been required in my previous visits, I complied despite the unfairness of the request. Today, at the West Dublin Granville location, I checked in, had my vehicle scanned, and waited over 30 minutes. Yet, I was skipped again, and a customer who arrived later was attended to first. When I questioned the attendant, I was told, “I didn’t know you were here or waiting,” which is unacceptable given that my vehicle had already been processed. These incidents highlight a troubling inconsistency in policy enforcement and a lack of professionalism in customer service. Was genuinely disappointed to find out he put coolant in my washer fluid rez. Causing an ugly mess on my windshield I had to spend more money to clean. Teach your employees how to do their jobs! Before someone's vehicle is ruined by these idiots! Dont go to this location if you actually want to drive away with a reliable car. What a joke 😃
