I felt very bad because apparently they were short shafted by a few people and it was taking a while to receive service (over an hour) . I needed an oil change really badly and I decided to wait. Once my time finally came, it was over closing hours, and everyone was still super kind. I kept apologizing for having them stay past their closing time and someone named JD Reassured me that it was OK. He was a very sweet gentleman who thanked me for coming in and hope to see me back and he just gave a wonderful customer experience! I appreciate that he told me it makes him happy when they’re busy like that. Plus, I don’t even live in Polaris anymore, but I love this location so much!

I have always used this location for my oil changes and have always had excellent and quick service but I saw no familiar faces today. For reference: Three other customers who were In line left without getting service during the time the time that I was waiting.
