I always have a great experience with this company! also, love the coupons i always get on my email, i always feel like i’m saving time and money my choosing them! Shout out to Ralph, Sebastian and the crew at the Polaris location for today’s service!
- RSRobert SimpsonFeb 28, 20261.0Pulled up 2/28/26 at 6:40pm and no one was there. Everything says 7pm close time but no one was there at all. Went out of my way to get there on time just to find it was a waste of my time because they closed up early on a Saturday.

Tried to sell me on a rotation that I would have gotten but I was put I. Theo Lu lane without that as an option. Then the staff seemed irritated with me not getting any up charges will not be returning
- RKRob KirkFeb 22, 20261.0Told me it would take 10 minutes to replace battery. It took over 30 minutes for that. They replaced head light and it did not work. They told me I had wiring problem. I took it someplace else. They did an over $200 diagnostics on to find the issue. Found out they replaced the bulb and it worked fine. They thought maybe they did not seat the bulb correctly when they replaced it. So over all I spent more time than quoted and it cost me over $200 to replace a bulb that was not done correctly.
- PFPablo FloresFeb 18, 20261.02/18/26 at around 330pm my wife went to get an oil change and the only woman working there was extremely rude to her so my wife left to jiffy lube and had her oil changed there i also get my oil change at valvoline but after today myself and my wife's family will never return to this place again valvoline is paying this woman to drive away customers
