    I have been here multiple times in the last year and they offer coupons that they then charge “fees” on top of- so the price is always higher. They are usually pushy about their free inspections and I felt like they were mad because I turned down those extra services. (No words were spoken to me after I said no thanks!) I will drive to the Pickerington Tuffy location instead even though this one is closer.

    Same issue as before.. I brought a coupon for a semi-synth oil change for $29.99. I did get what I requested. I got a over $50 after tax+ for a full synth oil change. I said this one and pointed to it. I was ignored and mistreated. What are you going to do about it?
