The team is knowledgeable and explain everything to you so you understand what is going on and what will happen. Gin has gone to bat for me with a warranty company that was giving a difficult time regarding a repair and she got them to realize what was really going on! I will continue to do business with tuffy on west broad for a long long time!

She understood that 4 WD and traction control on my SUV were of primary importance in choosing the correct tires. They went above and beyond by running out to pick up tires that were in stock instead of waiting until the next day. Customer Care is alive and well at this Tuffy location❤️
