  When I’m getting guided into the car wash and I put my car into neutral, it moves forward a little bit and the guy screams at me like I’m an idiot. Twice now he has done this to me. I know how to put my car into neutral. My car naturally adjusts and moves forward a little bit. Maybe they need to give a little more buffer between cars. Dude it’s jarring and honestly, I won’t go there anymore.

  I received an email from Tommy's with a discount code for a new membership and a QR code that appeared to be for a free wash. The text below the QR code in the email was as follows: "OFFER EXPIRES 14 DAYS FROM ISSUE DATE Valid at all Former Blue Sky Car Wash / Current Columbus area Tommy’s Express Car Washes Locations. Visit the Cashier Lane to redeem. Enjoy your wash! This wash is limited to a one time use only. Available at select locations. Cannot be combined with any other offers. No cash value. Non- transferrable. Other terms may apply. " So, at least twice in the email, it is implied that the QR code is for a free wash. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to visit Tommy's for the first time and was greeted by an employee that incredulously explained to me that the code was for a discounted membership, and had nothing to do with a free wash (despite the email instructions stating both "enjoy your wash" and "this wash is limited to a one time use only". After explaining that the email deceptively appeared to offer a free wash, the employee curtly replied that he could not scan the code for a free wash. I couldn't be sure if that was just his method of deflection, or if that was his limited understanding of what I presented, but either way, I'll be dodging this chain like the plague--free wash or not!

  Josh and UZ were fantastic. The quilty of service from these two gentlemen definitely made my day. My car was very claen after over a month without a wash. Vacuums worked very will. My dog was with my Uz provided tears. Josh was extremely helpful. I will continue my business just to say hello to them.
