It’s now 2:35 and nobody has even touched my vehicle. I work nights and this is unacceptable. Just tell the truth. Don’t lie to your customers about your performance and timely service. I’ll never come again for any reason.

Did not have to drive at freeway speeds until several days after and noticed a very bad shake in my steering wheel due to what I believe from experience in years past with out of balance tires. Any speed above 60, there was a very violent shake and shimmy in my van. I took my van to a competitor today to have them check and rebalance the front tires. Lone behold, the driver front was off by 2 oz, and the passenger front off by 2.5 oz .... With these facts, and have now driven the vehicle at 72 mph, it is smooth as silk. The competitor was curious if Tire Discounters even balanced the new tires with as far off they were. I can only hope that Tire Discounters will make this right, or they have lost my business....
