The tire installation service was OK, I had no issues with getting new tires installed, but I feel that this location does not do a great job with following up with customers about issues pertaining to installation difficulties, especially with my TPMS sensor replacements.
Also, I feel that the associates working the front desk do not seem to give any positive vibes about making customers feel valued and important in being taken care of. I don’t want to hate on Nate, as he has a lot to deal with at the store, but he kept giving me this negative attitude and kinda made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable at the store. This was not the TD culture that I had prior positive experiences with, and it showed.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in the stress and trouble they put me through to resolve the TPMS sensor replacement issues. If the new ones you installed don’t work in the first place, then DO NOT INSTALL THEM and force me to take time and money to take it to a dealership to get them programmed, only to have them try to charge me for another set of them. Just simply put the old ones back and give me the refund from the get go when I initially had the service scheduled.
I will no longer return to this location to get tire services done and will take my business elsewhere. The way to address and resolve installation issues is outright unacceptable, and I cannot believe that this location would operate such a business practice like this. This is completely unacceptable!

I went there to get tires, spent all day waiting to get seen, told that they couldn't do anything but fill air and it took them 30 minutes to even get me into a bay. They used to be decent at basic respect but don't bother coming here for that.

Went cause I thought I had a broken tie rod . They do free inspections. Found out it was something simple. Nate Bibler was very professional with his customer service. And David Kramer is the Gemeral Manager but was out in the garage working on vehicles. Thought it was great the GM was out helping his staff. The lobby got busy. But Nate & David got everyone service very quick.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
