- DSDiana SantosFeb 24, 20261.0I dropped off my vehicle Monday morning for an alignment and balance I scheduled this appointment on Saturday. I understood they were short staffed and busy, so I was okay with my car staying an extra day because I did not want them to rush. The next day, they called to say I needed 4 new tires. I explained that I couldn’t purchase all 4 at the moment and asked them to go ahead with just the alignment for now. I planned to return in a few weeks for new tires anyways. When I called close to 7 PM to check if my car was ready, I was told nothing had been done because the person I spoke with earlier had mixed my vehicle up with another one. There was clearly a breakdown in communication. I told them I was very unhappy with how this was handled and decided to just pick up my car. When I arrived, I was told, “We’re not charging you,” which didn’t make sense considering no work had been done. Overall, this was a complete waste of time. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of organization. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Showed up and was told couldn’t get me in too busy. Was told to come back Monday at 9:00 for appointment and apologized for the inconvenience. Showed up on Monday and was told sorry unless I could leave all day they were under staffed. So much for getting free rotation on my $2500.00 tire purchase. Won’t be back.

They don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like part of the family. I got news tires a few weeks back and I started having issues with one of the tires. I found out I had a nail in one of my tires but the team was more than willing to fix it for me. I love that I was able to get in same day and that they repaired the issue for free per my warranty. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again!
