I had a nail in the sidewall and the whole place, especially Jacob Lindsey gave me really good service! The list of services was very thorough and made a very stressful situation feel really easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place if you want quick, easy, and kind service! 100% will be coming here again for all of my car needs! Super grateful I came.

Horrible communication! I have been going to this location for years! Over the last 3 visits it’s gotten pretty annoying. Zero calls when vehicle is complete. If I initiate the call no one has any clue about what’s going on. I’ve waited multiple days before getting a vehicle back after oil changes. I’ve been told a vehicle is complete and it wasn’t wasting my money on uber with zero offers to make it right. Lost out on money and time at work because of the very slow turn around at prices that match locations that do the same service in less time. I don’t think I will be returning after the 3rd such issue.

I came in with a flat tire for an emergency tire change. They were able to get me a full set of tires within 2 hours! I spoke with Jacob and he made everything very clear and was extremely polite.

I scheduled an appointment for a quick valve replacement on a leaky tire. They told me me they accidentally over scheduled and that they were short staff on technicians, so instead of waiting, I opted to leave my car and had to Uber to work, which was a minor inconvenience. Got a text few hours later that my car was ready for pickup but I couldn't come until the next day.
Come to pick up my car the next morning and the person at the front told me it was taken care of. Not even 5 mins later the pressure light came on and when I went to fill, I could feel the air leaking from the valve!!
Definitely not cool getting screwed over twice. Haven't had issues here before, but probably won't be coming back here anymore.

UPDATE: I specifically asked if my rim was bent when I purchased a tire and had it installed. I was told that everything looked great. Although I had some wobbling after the appointment, I assumed a minor adjustment was needed and that my dealership would manage it at my upcoming oil change and tire rotation appointment. To my dismay, I was called by my dealership service department and told that I had a big dent in my rim, and that the tire balance was done incorrectly. How does a tire place miss a dented rim and perform a tire balancing so badly? You had one job…You do tires. I wondered how I got in and out of your facility so quickly. I recognize now that you were neglectful. Even worse, I was met with excuses and told that “we have high standards that we follow”. I highly doubt you have high standards based on what I just experienced. You put me in a dangerous situation because of your neglect. I would discourage anyone from going to this location in the future.
Wow! I’m so impressed with my experience. Ada was so helpful and kind on the phone, scheduled me to get in the same day and I was in and out so quickly! I was even offered a comfy seat and water to drink! Definitely recommend this place!!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
