  Found a nail in my tire at 3:15pm. Called Tire Choice at 4. Got a 6pm appt and they had it patched it and I was the road by 6:30. Prompt, friendly, fair price. Highly recommend

  Took my car here for new tires. The manager Scott was very friendly and nice to work with. However, I am disappointed in the quality and attention to detail by the techs. Long story short, I got 4 new tires and an alignment. After getting the car back , it pulled to the left (therefore I had to turn the wheel right to drive straight). Took it back, their tech said it drove perfectly straight (was surprised to hear this) but they'd take a look anyways. Aligned it again, gave me the keys, and I drove off... still having to steer right. I took it back to show them a video I took of the behavior. They said the alignment was perfect and it was just a problem with my year/make/model. They said they could get it to drive straight, but the alignment would "not be to spec" causing the tires to wear faster. I called it for the day and drove home steering right. Took it to the dealership for another opinion, they aligned it, gave me the printout of before and after... sure enough the front toe was out of spec (as well as the rear camber) in the direction that would push the car left. Drove home with a straight wheel. So, Tire Choice gave me a good price for the tires and service, but ultimately I ended up having to pay more for a second shop to properly align the car.

  I was in a bind with my car, needed it fixed immediately to be able to get myself to work. These guys were the best help! Took my car in and did what It needed. A buddy of mine was driving my car, long story short he hit a curb to hard and popped both tires, along with a good size lip in one rim. Fixed it right up for me! i will definitely be going back for any other problems I have. Highly recommend!! (They totally didnt need to do this, but I brought a friend with me while we waited for my car and she lost one of her peircing balls and if you have peircings you should know how small a jester peircing is lol but the the guys that fixed my car helped us look for it and found it!!!) Amazing service 👏 🙌 👌 thank you guys so much!!

  Super nice staff and got me back in quick even though the tires weren’t in stock like it said they were online. I’d recommend calling in and you won’t be disappointed whatsoever.

  My wife's car experienced severe shaking while driving at higher speeds on her way to work. She works 12 hour shifts at a hospital, so I came out to get the car and brought it to Tire Choice, thinking it may be a tossed wheel weight throwing it out of balance. When I arrived they got me in ahead of my appointment. I was told there was a good chance it was snow built up, which I thought i had looked for packed snow in the wells and the rims, but apparently didnt get low enough to see the impacted areas. They cleaned it out but still checked it out and drove it to make sure this solved the problem and it did. They then sent me on my way. I dropped her car back at the hospital and took mine back for the oil change I was going to do the following week. Same exceptional service and staff. They did a great job earning trust with the first job, not doing more than was needed and making sure not to do unnecessary tests or repairs. The second job they made a few recommendations and I will be going out of my way to bring it tothem when its time to address. It can be hard to trust shops sometimes, but they earned mine.
