We had planned a family vacation in Florida, and I asked my wife to take the car in for an inspection and alignment before the trip. On the way, I heard a knocking sound in the suspension. I lifted the car and found an untightened stabilization bar. They had put the nut on but did not bother to tighten it. But that wasn't the end of it. After another hundred miles, the car felt unstable. I checked the wheels and found that one of the front wheels was loose. They had not tightened the control arm either! Needless to say, the alignment I had asked them to do was impossible with a loose control arm. Even this wasn't the end of my trouble with that shop. A few months later, I got a flat tire—an ordinary situation. I went to get the new spare tire I had in the trunk, and when I opened it, I found the spare was stolen. I had just bought it recently. By all means, avoid these guys for your own safety.

I was expecting to pay $100-200 dollars for the services I asked for and the total was around $85! The manager was very kind and not condescending at all (unlike other places around) and I will 100% be returning for the rest of the time I am in Columbus.
