  Had a great experience with a slow leak in my tire, turned out it was due to rust from the wheel. Ella was very professional and kind as she helped is through the process, kudos to Ella!

  I've been going to Gavin at Tire Choice for about 3 years. He was initially recommended by a neighbor for an emergency tire issue. From the beginning Gavin has been very helpful, professional, and friendly. My confidence in him has continued to grow after each encounter. I no longer use my long time dealership and I routinely recommend Tire Choice. Great service, staff and price!

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Choice Auto Care on Hard Road (1920)! I went in for a wheel alignment and arrived early for my 9:00 a.m. appointment, showing up at 8:30 a.m. I was immediately greeted by Jim, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. He was able to get my car in before my scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly how a wheel alignment works and the reasoning behind it. He answered every question I had thoroughly and made sure I understood the process. During the initial vehicle assessment, he also pointed out a few things he noticed before completing the alignment, giving me valuable insight into potential issues I can now address proactively. The entire location was clean, well-organized, and had a great overall atmosphere. The staff was professional, informative, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. I will definitely be returning here for future vehicle maintenance. This location is top-notch—highly recommend!

  I already knew that I needed tires and an alignment and wanted to get that done before the weather got bad. So I began doing some research on good auto shops in the area and came across Tire Choice. First impressions are everything to me and I'm a stickler when it comes to good customer service. Tire Choice for me felt like a good fit from the start. Jim the assistant manager was very courteous and helpful in making sure I got what I was asking for (which was a great discount deal on tires that was on their website). He ordered my tires and I was able to go back in a few days and get my tires and alignment done. I met the manager Gavin that day and was also very pleased with his professionalism and helpfulness in explaining another service I was inquiring about that I needed done for my car. Because of my good experience with them I felt very comfortable scheduling my next appointment the same week to get a new serpentine belt done, which originally, I was going to the dealership to have them do it. The work was done quickly by the mechanic and Jim explained exactly what was done, showing me the old cracked serpentine belt as well. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I felt valued and not overcharged. I found my new go-to shop! I'll definitely be back!
