They usually just took the money. I dropped my vehicle off for repairs anyway. As I have other vehicles repaired there in the past. If I had known that ownership had changed I would have gone somewhere else. I only reason I knew what was being done to my vehicle was because my insurance company told me. Nobody walked around my vehicle when I dropped it off or picked it up. There were parts missing or didn’t match other side of vehicle. Scheduled to take it back to be made right. Left with parts still missing. Now’s it’s two weeks since they tried to make it right and I still haven’t received any calls or had voicemails returned.
