They took pre pictures so the damage is their fault. Joe the GM won't return calls and asked me what I wanted him to do??? what a jerk, I gave it to you to be fixed and someone in your shop wrecked it again, what do you think I want to happen. TERRIBLE DON"T ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU! go somewhere else
- RMRyan MunasJan 23, 20261.0My car has been in the shop since Dec 19 for a replacement front bumper. I was told last Thursday I should hear back Tuesday as they finish my car. It is now after-hours on Friday and after multiple calls and emails from me and my insurance company I have been completely ghosted. I have reached out to the BBB, been paying out of pocket for a rental this whole time. Not sure what I personally did to be treated this way but I can’t believe you would treat a 1st time customer this poorly.
