  Everyone I have talked to have been very patient. The tech had great communication, the repair was unfortunately lacking. When I took it to the shop to have another tech inspect, I was told that it appears that the first tech may have used expired resin, but unfortunately there was nothing they could do, other than use what I paid towards a new windshield. That cost would amount to near $1000 (including the $200 I had already paid.)

  Superb service!! Excellent communication from the start to finish, complete details were given, technician great, easy to make an appointment and change if necessary, will be happy to do business again if needed!

  Great experience from the minute we checked in. Friendly reception and clear description of the services and time required. It's nice to be able to see into the service bays. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. The work done was first rate.

  I absolutely DO NOT recommend this Safelite location on Sawmill Rd in Dublin. Monica, the manager of this location, is completely incompetent. She makes up explanations when she has no idea what she is talking about, which is about everything. She "rose through the ranks" of Safelite through the customer service side of the company. She has ZERO technical knowledge. Monica could not understand that my rain/light sensor was damaged even though she saw that my automatic wipers didn't work, the error code for the automatic lights, and the diagnostic error codes for the rain/light sensor. The sensor was damaged during the windshield replacement. This is documented with Safelite and the service center of my dealership. I also have the diagnostic report that I made the incompetent Monica do that shows the error codes and proof of the dead sensor. I was forced to have the dealership service center replace the sensor because of Monica's incompetence. I recommend the Lewis Center location over the Sawmill Rd location any day of the week and twice on Sunday. The manager there has the technical expertise required for the position.

  As a business owner myself, I'm not a "one-star" guy. But this experience was frustrating. I've had good experiences with Safelite as a company, but not with this location. The woman on the phone was fantastic. We filed a claim to replace a broken windshield and the initial appointment seemed to go fine. We didn't realize the NEW windshield was chipped when installed (we double checked with other windshield installers on what happened). I called back and was reassured it would be replaced under the Safelite warranty. We set a second appointment. We never saw anyone look at the windshield and it took the technician 5 seconds to deny it was their fault. They forced us to file ANOTHER insurance claim. And, almost worse for me, they made us set of a THIRD appointment to replace the windshield since it was a new claim. That 9 total hours of appointment time away from my business and two $1300 insurance claims. So if your insurance company sends you here, triple check everything before you check out.
