I learned how to install glass since I was the 2nd pair of hands to dry-fit and install. Looks great, but Safelite didn’t provide the tech with testing equipment to ensure the defrost/defogger works. Hope I don’t have to call them again. They are not the best people to work with in the phone.

Customer Care has been unsuccessful getting the mobile unit scheduled to fix this, and they have been unsuccessful getting the shop manager to return phone calls. This is a safety problem that Safelite needs to manage.
