- D2DRamz 25Feb 13, 20265.0Just an absolutely outstanding experience beginning to end. Andy was very communicative, flexible and welcoming. Wife's car arrived in rough shape but left looking fantastic. We've had collision repair done at other shops before and they've always struggled to match the tri-coat pearl white finish. These guys nailed it the first time. Been to many body shops in my day but none have given the same "White Glove" service as this. Much appreciated!
- ACAleecia CarsonFeb 4, 20261.0Worst experience I've had with a repair shop. It took them 11 weeks just to replace a door and buff/paint other damages.. Initially it was supposed to be ready before Christmas and then it kept getting pushed back. The first time they called me to pick up my car it still had unrepaired damages! And then when I finally got my car back this month, the car stalled and lost power because they forgot to tighten the terminals to the battery! I could've died if it had completely disconnected when I was on the highway instead of a parking lot. Absolutely astonishing how negligent they are with their work. 0/10 experience. Would not recommend to any friends, family, or coworkers.

Most of their income at this location comes from Tesla repairs so if you’re planning to bring something that is not a Tesla - prepare for them to not care at all about you. When you finally get your car back you’ll be rewarded with a poor repair and when you inquire about why - they will gaslight you into oblivion. Enjoy!
