Went in asking if they had a carton of menthol cigs and the cashier rudely said “no” and I was like ooookkk can I get two packs he again said “no” rudely and just stared at me like a psychopath. I legit thought I was talking to a crazy person who knew one word. He then said how they can’t sell flavored cigs in the area and I understood after he used more than a 1 word vocabulary. But with that being said… I would stay FAR AWAY from this place when that guys working because he’s going to piss off the wrong person one day and you wouldn’t want to be in the store on THAT day.

- JJJon JNov 4, 20254.0I gave this particular Pilot a 4 star rating only because of the cold shower I had to take...yeah...there was no hot water...but...I am still grateful to be able to put some water and suds on my body ....the staff at this time were great...I only saw 3 people but all of them were very nice ..even at 1:30am...so that kinda made up for the iceberg shower...so thanks all of you guys at this pilot for taking customer service seriously...
