    Unprofessional and incompetent service at this location in my experience. The gentleman at the desk immediately commanded that I'd have to wait 20-30 min the moment I walked in the door for my 10am rental time while he was talking with another customer. He had to call the main office at nearly every step of the contract process, seemingly not knowing any step. Seems like the gentleman has not been trained properly and wasted valuable time for moving. I was baffled at the whole experience that I'm writing this review in real time at the front desk while experiencing this awful check in process.

    Penske’s phone system is unusable. I called the questions number online and the number for two different local stores. Both automated routing systems are unclear, unhelpful, and end up putting you in a queue. There isn’t even an option to ask questions like it says when the website tells you to call a number. The only options are to pay your bill for storage or see the status of a reservation. I would not waste your time if you have any questions. Either go in person or use a different company.
