  ⚠️DO NOT go to this Penske!⚠️ Unorganized, unable to tell me why my card is trying to be charged $800+ from their location if it’s “no longer in their system”. I was told it could be from another rental from another Penske, but I’ve only ever gone to this Penske, first and last time here. Then I was told to call my bank for fraudulent activity… like they aren’t the ones in there charging it. Yeah, real suspicious… Then as I was there trying to sort all of this out, this poor guy rented a truck for an out of state drive, pulled out of the Penske parking lot, and not even 4min later pulled back in because the heat in the truck wouldn’t work. Mind you, it’s the beginning of Feb. where it’s nothing more than 15 degrees outside, and they told him he’s stuck with it since he already paid. He’s going to be stuck in a freezing cold truck for his whole trip. They aren’t cleaning the trucks out before sticking a “Ready” sign on the window. So if you care about cleanliness, I’d bring your own disinfectants. I’d, check the truck for any issues before you even make a payment inside, I’d keep all your card info locked up for a while after your rental, and I’d probably just recommend that you don’t use this location at all. Uhaul has trucks with way better wheel placement anyways. ✅ I really could say more about the poor customer service, speediness, etc.. but this reviews’ getting pretty long. ✌🏼

  We’ve been on long-term rentals with this location for nearly two years, and the service has been outstanding. Anytime an issue comes up, Thomas and Andrew address it quickly and professionally. They’re considerate, understanding, and always take the time to review and resolve concerns thoroughly. Because of their excellent customer service, this is the only Penske location we do business with.

  Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to the Obetz location. They actually have trucks to rent there. The Westbelt location never has semi trucks nor can they ready a truck for use. Snd when I say “never”, I’m not exaggerating. They have to bring vehicles in from other locations which will delay you. We’ve had several instances of trucks safety and operational aspects not working. Fire extinguishers not charged, windows don’t roll down, trash from previous user all over the truck, hood not being properly latched, drivers seat won’t lock in place and slams the driver into the steering wheel upon braking, extremely high mileage trucks (over 400,000 miles), no wiper fluid (during the winter with salt covered roads). Manager flat out told me the associates that rent the trucks don’t have CDLs, so unless the previous operator tells them about the issues, they aren’t repaired. That’s an extremely dangerous business practice. Shocking how that’s their policy. He also tried to claim it’s “the time of year” is why they don’t have any trucks available. Yet our company has these same issues 8 previous times in any season. Several trucks have been taken right back to this location to fix the same issues over 8 times! They replace sensors instead of replacing the malfunctioning parts. Highly recommend using the Obetz location if you must use Penske at all.

  I had a 5 star for this place but ever since they cleaned my truck, Ive come to the conclusion, they steal from you. My truck had been in the shop for almost 6 weeks. Something happened and they had to clean it. Y'all, my microwave went missing, personal items went missing. I'm still coming to realize other things are missing. If you have to leave your truck with them for any length of time, either take it with you or make damn sure you take note of what you left in your truck. I think they use a cleaning service. If so, this isn't on penske. But still, beware
