  10/10 service. Love the fact that One Call is family owned and operated. The technicians are also ASE certified, which gave me peace of mind that the service would be quality. Additionally, they charge very fair prices. They won’t charge you for anything you don’t absolutely need. Also, the turnaround time was fantastic. Dropped my car off on a Saturday afternoon and picked it up on Monday afternoon. The people there are solid and dependable. Planning to bring my car here for anything I need for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend their services.

  My axel was severely damaged, but the repair shop provided exceptional service. They were highly informative, patient, and accommodating as an 18-year-old female client. My father highly recommends this establishment. I would rate it 10 out of 10.

  I came here to get my car fixed and Matt was very helpful and good communication as well. He helped me get my car fixed and was very reasonable prices compared to the dealership I went to. I would definitely recommend him and his workers to anyone need car fixed!! I’ll be back

He was straightforward, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed without any pressure. Not only did he recommend quality parts, but he also found ways to save me money — which speaks volumes about his integrity. 🕯He is friendly, courteous, and clearly takes pride in both his workmanship and his customers. The level of comfort and peace of mind he provided made a real difference. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely loves what they do and stands behind their work.   I received mechanic services about a little over a month ago from One Call Auto Mechanic, and I am STILL talking about my experience to friends and family. I had asked for a quote through their online portal for brakes (basically to my knowledge - replacing everything) on my 2010, I immediately received a call with a VERY reasonable quote and was able to bring it in within in the hour. The moment I walked in, I was given excellent service - I felt like family, and my vehicle was immediately taken in for service. Matt and Trace explained everything to me about the repairs in a way that was easy to understand, I knew exactly what they were fixing on my car. As a woman, who has been played by multiple mechanic shops; I really valued that they explained it in a way so that I could easily understand. They really went above and beyond. The previous mechanic who had quoted me 3x the price for nearly the same service had lost my tire key. Matt and Trace had discovered this and showed me, which I am so grateful for because without with this key, if I were to have any tire and brake issue I would be limited to help. They guided me through how to solve this problem and I again could be more grateful. I have been driving my car now for a little over a month with no issues. There is NO other shop I will be going to in the city of Columbus and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!
