  I have been going to One Call Auto Mechanic for a while now, and both my partner and I trust them with our cars. Matt and his team are always honest about what needs to be done vs. what can wait which I really appreciate. I never feel pressured, and I always leave feeling taken care of. They are also very efficient- I am usually able to pick up my car the same day, and they even stayed a bit later to accommodate my schedule last time, which means a lot. Their pricing is fair, but more importantly I trust them - which is hard to find. It's such a relief knowing I don't have to worry about being overcharged or misled.

  I’m glad I found this shop. The reviews don’t lie. I had to change my appointment time twice but they were very understanding and welcoming. The work on the car was top notch. Everything was explained to me in detail and very clear. I can confidently say I will always take my vehicles here from now on. Thank you One Call!!

  I called Monday morning after my 2009 Corolla started making a churning sound over the weekend, and One Call was the only shop in the area available the same day. Matt, the owner, was very professional and respectful. He turned on the space heater in the waiting area since it was a chilly day. The diagnostics were complete within 1 hour which was impressive. Matt explained the issue clearly and replaced my alternator and serpentine belt the same day. He even identified and fixed another safety issue, which was great. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I appreciated how honest and trustworthy Matt was. He went above and beyond to get everything taken care of quickly at a reasonable price. One Call stands by their work, my car has been running great since leaving the shop earlier this week. Highly recommend!

  I came in with a misfire on my Kia Sportage. Matt very kindly and quickly replaced the fuses and coils. Sadly, the problem was more severe, and the misfire persists. Matt showed a lot of compassion and reduced the price, knowing that I had bigger issues on my hands. He was upfront and honest through the whole process, and had warned me in advance that the problem may be bigger than I thought. I had checked in with about 10 other shops before deciding to bring the car here, and I’m very glad I did. I’ll come here every time.

  Best mechanic in the city. Take your car here. I’ve taken a few of my cars to him and have always been more than happy with the work. Matt is honest and straight forward. He always gets me in right away and the turn around always leaves me questioning "how’d you get that done so quick?" One example is I took my car in to two other places. One told me I needed my engine replaced. Another said the cost would be $2k. Matt got me in right away, diagnosed the problem and cost was less than $1k. All done in less than a day. Another thing is being open on a Saturday. Nobody else has this in the city. And I think that’s such a big positive. You won’t regret working with one call. Update: Another example. I needed my breaks replaced on a Friday. Matt got my car in and out with a complete brake job before 5pm.
