Spent $500 on tires and when I bought my car back to them a year later cause i’ve run into problems and they said they’re 8 year old tires! why would u give me used tires that were at the end of useful life for $500??? Also took them forever to change tires, i don’t know if they’re trying to up charge you for service fee or what but taking 2 hours to fix one tire is crazy! Also pretty sure they’re trying to scam me cause i’m a woman and try to scare me into doing extra services with them. I’d recommend you take ur money elsewhere and not to this shady business! Never returning here again!

Checked fluids; wiper especially before monsoon rain we were expecting and kept us safe. Highly recommended, friendly staff. - DSDoran SantacroceOct 21, 20255.0I have been going to NTB for years now and Joey has been the MOST helpful mechanic - I won't go anywhere else! THIS trip, the check engine light went on. After Googling ALL the explanations of what could be wrong, I decided in my head that it HAD to be the catalytic converter and I was seeing $$. Joey, God bless his soul, found and removed a freaking leaf from the oxygen sensor. That was it. A leaf. (Similar to the time the heat shield was dragging and rubbing against the tire. It was so loud, people would stare and stop me to tell me something was wrong. It required two screws to fix the problem. In my defense, it sounded AWFUL) THANK YOU Joey for your patience, honesty and kindness. I'm sure I'll be back....
