  TL;DR: Fantastic service! Real people, real help, zero hassle. Nick and the team went above and beyond to get the right tire for my Tesla, fight for discounts, and keep me moving. 5 stars—easy! The slightly longer version: I was limping back toward Columbus with a patched flat and called around Marion (6 places, no joke!)— totally understand it was late and everyone was slammed, but no luck. Tried Tire Choice next and had a frustrating experience where a corporate call center scheduled me at the Delaware location, only for me to arrive and find a note on the door saying they were closed due to staffing. Clearly no connection between the scheduler and the actual store. Beyond frustrating! Finally made it to the Polaris National Tire & Battery, and the experience flipped completely. Nick answered the phone himself — an actual person at the actual store — and immediately started figuring out solutions. He worked to source the correct tire (not in stock) and looked for discounts once he realized the “emergency” overnight options were going to be pricey. They also ran into a couple hiccups along the way (no fault of theirs), and just kept pushing through until it was handled! They turned a stressful situation into a solved problem. Just awesome all around. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Great experience! The staff was very friendly and professional. Camden and Nick were extremely helpful — they took the time to show me exactly what the issue was and explained how to fix it. Very trustworthy shop. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Cameron and Chris answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable way. My oil change was done quickly and my newer Jeep sounds even better than before! Very happy with this shop and all the employees there! I've been going there for a long long time. My son recommended it to me.
