    Great service! It's SO NICE to have all new tires & fresh new working headlights again. NTB got me all setup and ready for winter; I would definitely shop here again.

    NTB/Mavis (Lyra Dr, Columbus), specifically Nick and Dom were awesome!!! I drove three hours to Columbus and unfortunately got a flat tire. I called three other tire repair locations in the area and had no luck. I was told they either had no appointments, on hold so long I hung up, no answer a few times, also not able to understand the representative, etc. I finally contacted NTB and spoke to Nick at 4:50 pm on a Saturday (they closed at 5 but he still managed to take care of me).. Nick was polite and professional. He told me not to worry that they would get me in first thing Saturday morning and take care everything!! I was quite distressed as I had a three hour drive home the next day. Nick assured me they would take care of it and not to worry. I really appreciated the patience and kindness extended by both Nic and Dom!! Both guys get a five out of five in my book. Highly recommend your company!!
