    My tire pressure light kept coming on so I took my car into NTB and Chris found that my valve stem needed replaced, also had a bent rim. Thank you for this service. No charge

    Gott in and out. Set up an appointment, got there, explained what I need. Gave price quote and they were on it. ABSOLUTELY fantastic service. Brakes and oil change less than an hour.

    Great experience! Not only were they open on a Sunday, but were prompt in getting my car in and the repair completed. Kind and professional. Would highly recommend the location on Lyra Dr.

    People go to NTB and ask for Chris he took his time trying to re fix what another car shop messed up on and he will let you know and show you what’s wrong with your car . Go to NTB no where else don’t go to Oxford Automotive go go straight to NTB and ask for Chris

    This cold winter night I came out of work and had a very low tire. After putting air in the tire my son saw a screw in it. So I headed to Firestone since I used them 2 weeks ago with another nail in a different tire. They could not help me but called NTB for me and they said send her over. Chris and Nick helped me right away. They found not one but two nails in my tire. They did a fantastic job getting me taken care of, and even stayed over closing time to finish. This facility will be my go-to for all my future tire needs. Thank you guys so much, I appreciate all your kind gestures. Tarlana Slagle
