I travel for a living and rent a car every single week. I stopped using national a little over a year ago and switched to Hertz. Hurt was a little bit too expensive for my last trip to Ohio so I decided to give national another chance. Of course I rent a premium vehicle (BMW or Audi and it's not there when I arrive. Instead they want to give me a free upgrade to a Hyundai. No I don't have anything against her on days I think they're actually really nice cars. But I paid for a BMW or Audi. Don't tell me the Hyundai is a free upgrade. They should have gave me the Hyundai and took a lot of money off the bill.
