  Just had 4 tires put on my Audi, great price and service! Very honest as well. I asked for an alignment they put it in the rack and it didn’t need it, no charge that saved me $150.00

  I have been to this Mr Tire a few times and honestly they have been good to work with in the past. This time someone stole the cash I had in my center console. Yes, I should have taken it before dropping off my car but still, they had to go looking through my car to find this. What is wrong with people? The managers response to my phone call was to cut me off and stating “we are not responsible for anything in your car.” Not an apologize or I’m sorry to hear that, nothing but, “we are not responsible for what’s in your car.” I never asked or demanded to be paid back, I just wanted to let them know the people they had working for them. Needless to say that will be the last time I take any of may vehicles there.

  Had a flat tire that we towed over night to Mr. Tire. The valve stem broke while filling up air in the gas station. A AAA guy happened to be there. I asked if he thought it could be fixed but unfortunately he said it would need a new tire. Mr. Tire made my day when they called saying they could fix it right away. could not ask for better service. Thank you!!!

  I had to write this in my notes because I wanted to make sure I typed EVERYTHING I wanted without my browser refreshing and me loosing everything lol. I had been so upset because of the interaction I had that I couldn’t write this review until today - and I wanted to be as respectful as I could. It all started with an oil change and me looking at a highly rated mechanic near me and trying to schedule an appointment for 8am. I came in on time and the guy at the counter told me he wasn’t able to help me because the system lets you make an appointment for whatever time. Cool, that’s a little annoying, and the guy at the counter seemed reluctant to schedule me in for later but he does it. Awesome, I got it scheduled for sure. I come in later that day to drop my car off Now I want to say that I go to the websites of the mechanics I go to and if they have a coupon I’ll take it, but in reality I go on websites to see what type of oil change is done. I saw that at Mr. Tire, for 98.99, I could get the oil changed, a courtesy inspection, and a tire rotation with the coupon. From what I saw without the coupon I would still get the rotation and inspection so that sounded dope to me. I drop my car off and walk off to the McDonald’s and order a drink. By the time I’m playing on my phone a few minutes after finishing I notice my car has been done and I walk over to finish out - I’m then asked to pay about $140. I was thinking like “DAMN ! That’s a lot, I suppose you did do a lot,” and remembered I had that $98.99 coupon! What a life saver! I show the man the coupon, he reluctantly punches it in and prints my paper after I pay. In the car I go with my oil change and before I put my papers away I wanted to give a peek at the inspection since I was curious. Nothing. All they did was change my oil. It says they checked my brakes on the paper but I don’t really believe it lol. No tire rotation either… So I ALMOST paid $140 for JUST an OIL CHANGE? That’s absolutely insane. I would’ve rather run my car until I needed a tow instead of ended up with this. I dont even feel comfortable going back because not only did the guy feel comfortable trying to scam me at $140 for an oil change but they felt absolutely fine doing below the bare minimum on my car and I simply just can NOT trust the company anymore. Just please be aware you’re not paying more than you’re supposed to and make sure they repeat every single thing they’re going to do to the car because apparently that’s necessary. I didn’t think I had to do all of that but it got me in a position I’m really not happy with and I’m not going to make the same mistake twice when it costs so much! There are other people nearby who are a lot better and way more trustworthy. These guys didn’t care about the car or the customer and I just can’t believe I went through that, because what the hell?! Photos of the coupon will be attached where they go as BELOW $50 for an OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION, and CURTESY INSPECTION, the 98.99 coupon, and few sections of my bill. It was NOT pleasure to do business with you guys and it’s exactly why I hate going to mechanics and stress doing oil changes. I was calm before I wrote this but then got upset again after seeing that $50 coupon and realizing I still almost got charged $140. FOR JUST OIL! Crazy.
