- DCDawn Clark1 day ago1.0Went to dinner in Short North. Parked for 2 1/2 hours. Charged $40.00 which seems over priced. Will not use this parking garage again. I have used other garages in the downtown area, parked for much longer, and charged much less than $40.00
- AWAshlee westNov 25, 20251.0For some reason with this garage I always seem to have a problem with my cards here and they never end up working, this time I was stuck for at least 20 minutes. I called on all three ticket stations and they all told me I was “using my card wrong and to keep trying that they couldn’t help me further” so I had to have my boyfriend come and help me to get out of this garage. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional as a business to not help your customers.
