Easy to get in and out of the garage, except for the State street construction. Pay kiosks are clearly visible. Hopefully, State street construction will be completed soon. The construction limits entry and exit points to and from the garage.

Absolutely do not waste your money on the Lazarus Parking Garage.
I pay $125 a month to park here, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The elevator has been down for almost a week, and when I brought this up to management, they were rude and dismissive. Corbin, in particular, has been completely unhelpful and clearly does not care about the people who park here.
Not everyone can park on the first or second floor—especially since the garage is shared with OhioHealth—so when the elevator is out, residents are forced to walk several levels up and down just to get to their cars. For what we’re paying, this garage should be private, secure, and fully functional at all times.
But it’s far from that. The garage is always dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unsafe. Cars get broken into regularly, and the security cameras don’t even work. Management does absolutely nothing about it.
If you’re considering parking here—don’t. It’s overpriced, unsafe, and mismanaged. Save your money and find a garage that actually values your business.

TERRIBLE!!! You must scan a qr code, download an app, THEN MAKE AN ACCOUNT!? all with terrible service bc ITS A PARKING GARAGE!!! trash. This took so much longer than paying as we leave. But it must be more cost effective for the company which IS why most thing get worse for patrons. Will definitely remember to never park here and remind everyone to avoid at the cost of your comfort. Oh and its $22 not $20. GARBAGE!!

They charge you $125 a month for a spot but will tow your car out of the garage with no warning, no ticket, no call, no email (nothing to let you know you're in bad spot) & then tell you there is nothing they can do for you besides pay to go get your car. There was no sign saying no parking in that spot but the dirty, barely visible yellow lines on the ground. My car was there maybe 6 hours. I just moved here & already regret it because of how fast they tow your car here. Would have been nice to have gotten a call/email anything to move my car especially it being this time of year & having to pay $160 to get my car out from a garage i already pay for.
