- MSMark SmithApr 13, 20252.0I had the wrong address added to my lease. Darren (ext 488) set it up and got the address wrong. He was terrific to deal with. I tried calling back and requested a transfer to him but was told that wasn't possible...but they transferred me to him previously while enrolling. I was told they couldn't help me because I hadn't signed the lease. I said I wanted the lease to have the correct address so he updated my address and said Id get a new lease to sign. I didn't get it and again tried to transfer to Darren who told me to call and that he was working on Saturday. The 2nd person spoke almost zero English and it was clear he had no idea what I wanted or needed. I eventually signed the lease against my better judgement with the wrong address and hope this will not be a problem with the NJMVC. I would like for Darren to contact me to address the issue.
