I stopped by 2 other places explained the situation, and let them know that the small repair (adding air to the tire) would be beneficial to veterans. The other shops treated me as if i was crazy to ask for help! Even offering to pay for the air... I stopped by GOODYEAR on W. Broad st. They were so quick to help and with no charge!!!! Just very glad there are people out there who support veterans. Thanks so much for your help.

The service technician was very professional, polite and thorough with the alignment work performed on our car. Highly recommend coming here for wheel alignment work.

David is the sole reason we even gave Goodyear another chance. David goes over and beyond for customers. I am NOT an easy customer when it comes to vehicles because of having a mechanic father either. I am very particular about my vehicle and have a nightmare of a work schedule. Both David and Emily have repeatedly found ways to go out of their way to accommodate my difficulties. I want to also note that I am very anti-corporations so I feel David and Emily are salvaging the reputation of Goodyear as a whole just on their own. Because of good experiences under David's leadership, our family now looks for Goodyear anytime we are out of Ohio even. Corporate give David a raise!
