  Stopped in for a tire repair after picking up a nail, nobody waiting in the show room and was told they didn't have time for a tire repair I would have to schedule it. What a joke for service.

  Had a issue with a small furniture dolly tire. I stopped by 2 other places explained the situation, and let them know that the small repair (adding air to the tire) would be beneficial to veterans. The other shops treated me as if i was crazy to ask for help! Even offering to pay for the air... I stopped by GOODYEAR on W. Broad st. They were so quick to help and with no charge!!!! Just very glad there are people out there who support veterans. Thanks so much for your help.

  I usually love coming here because the staff are very nice and helpful, but the building is freezing in winter. I might as well be sitting outside. Maybe postpone your maintenance for warmer weather.
