- JCJason ChapmanMar 6, 20261.0We used to take our cars here on a regular basis for oil changes and other services until the drain plug fell out of our Subaru after three months of driving it. They denied covering the cost of a new engine because when we had it towed to another shop closer to home, the mechanics there removed the original oil filter and discarded it. Even though our new mechanic took pictures of where the oil plug should have been and confirmed that it had fallen out, they would not cover their mistake. We ended up having to pay for the new motor ourselves out of pocket. Because of this, I will NEVER take any of my vehicles here again.

He is very communicative, which we appreciate because we are not car people and he is very transparent, which we also appreciate is not common in this industry. - TPTim PeacockFeb 19, 20265.0What a great experience! I had a low tire pressure light that came on on a Sunday morning. After checking the air, I found that the pressure was very low. I called Goodyear and spoke to Makana who was willing to squeeze me in the schedule. Makana found a long nail in the tire and they were able to repair it. I also had a nice talk with Mike the service manager. I have always recommended this location, but they really went above and beyond. Thank you, Goodyear!
