- AAAmyNov 12, 20251.0Stopped in this last Monday. My tire pressure monitoring system was out on one tire. Got there at 8:30am and they could not have cared less. Guy told me I could leave it for the day but he probably wouldn't get to it. Said I could drop it off next morning at 7am and he MIGHT get to it. Not friendly, not helpful, did not care about having my business. Walked right across the street to Firestone (address: 180 N 3rd St, Columbus, OH 43215) - not only did they take my car in right away, they greeted me, were friendly, at least acted like they cared. Even though they were slammed busy (it was the first snow in central Ohio). Treated me like a human. They took my car right in, called no more than 2 hours later to let me know they'd identified the problem and got the car back to me by that afternoon. Do yourself a favor, do NOT go to this Goodyear. Save your time and money and go to the Firestone right next door.

They do not lie, they do not unnecessarily upsell, and they absolutely do not make you feel dumb for bringing your car in. My 2015 Buick runs as well as the day I bought it since bringing it here. They do the standard oil change / rotation using the top tier oil, but offer a valvoline rebate for $30 back so its the same cost as low grade synthetic. Ive had full brake service and replace done here as well and they were great then too. My car runs better, and I am visiting much less frequently than I used to since switching to this shop. Thanks, all!
