Didn't have it long enough but refused to rent it today because I was effectively addressed as a liar that they would not get their truck back tonight for a reservation tomorrow. Considering I've rented from Enterprise for 20+ years and never returned late, I find this completely offensive and unprofessional. I won't name her but her tone and disrespect. Like wow. The website allowed me to make and confirmed with me including confirmation emails. Unlikely that I will ever choose willingly to use Enterprise again. Have a great day with your available truck on the lot making zero money today.
