  Because of an accident, insurance was providing me a rental through Enterprise and gave me no instructions or help about how to go about getting a decent car. I was at the mercy of Enterprise's website to search for anything good and the when I'd call the branches they'd say they can't guarantee anything. Selena from this location ended up saving my life by proactively reaching out to me to tell me she came across my accident information and told me she can have a Porsche or Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon ready for me, which she did promptly. Though we had hiccups with the process, including me having to stop and restart the rental a few times and switch cars, and even getting into a fender bender with the rental, she was extremely helpful and provided amazing proactive customer service each step of the way, ensuring I always had something to drive, even personally dropping off a car at Mt house, and even advocating for me with other departments at Enterprise. Thank you so much for everything Selena and restoring my faith in proper customer service and care! I will be an Enterprise customer for life now, especially Enterprise Exotics.

  Got the rental car fast. Not a great car. clean, did the job just not very comfortable.
