  I recently rented a truck from Enterprise Trabue Rd. Hilliard for a move. Unfortunately, the size of the vehicle I initially booked wasn’t available when I arrived, which was a bit of a letdown since it was crucial for transporting my items efficiently. However, while this was frustrating, the rental staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They immediately informed me of the issue and offered a smaller vehicle, but more importantly, they adjusted the rental cost to reflect the difference in size and gave me a discount for my next rental. I really appreciated this gesture—it shows they care about customer satisfaction and are willing to go the extra mile to make up for a mistake. Even though the vehicle wasn’t ideal for my needs, the experience turned out to be much better than expected thanks to their understanding and flexibility. I’ll definitely consider renting from them again in the future, and I’m hopeful my next experience will be more seamless
