- DFDanielle FyffeDec 19, 20253.0I went in at 8 am for my reservation for a vehicle and when I arrived I was told that all vehicles were actually booked out and all nearby locations it was the same. I’m not sure if it was a system error or what but it was very frustrating since I had spent money on an uber to get there only to be told there were no cars available for me, despite my reservation. Dylan who was working at the time , really tried to accommodate me despite the situation. I did end up having to wait in the lobby for over an hour and a half for him to find a vehicle for me and he eventually did. Dylan did end up making up for the situation by upgrading me for my inconvenience which I truly do appreciate. I think that the system needs to be looked at so it doesn’t allow overbooking of cars that actually aren’t available so people aren’t stuck in a situation similar to mine. Thank you to Dylan though; I know the situation was out of his control but he ended up finding a solution for me.

I wasn’t familiar with the location and it was a smaller location than I’m used to but, I was happy with my rental car experience through and through. The young men honestly took their time with me and answered all my questions and was very personable to me every time we spoke, whether it be on the phone or in person. I normally don’t write reviews, but I want it to give this company and this location (1026 Goodale blvd) crops because they were amazing and they made the experience quick and smooth for me. Thanks guys!
