Was only concerned with rushing me out of the building, and the manager Jaylin didn't help. When I attempted to complain about the service, Jaylin doubled down telling me I should look elsewhere if I didn't like his attitude. I would avoid this place at all costs!

If I could have ranked 0 stars I would have. Leaving me stranded on Christmas with two kids. Wow, the lack of empathy and customer service on Christmas was just disgusting as I had a reservation with Alamo. Don’t rent here
