  ‼️DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY‼️, they charged me over $900 for a $300 car rental. The international number doesn’t work and goes to a beeping disconnect tone. They responded to my original email saying it will take up to 30 business days to review, never got back to me. I emailed 3 more times and they finally responded and said “all charges are valid” 4 months after my original email. Never justified the reasoning for the extra charge or provided an itemized bill. On the same trip they charged me $450 for a $150 rental. Never bothered responding to me about this one. Use turo or other car services if you value your money because they certainly do not. SHADY

  It was very easy to setup my reservation and find my rental. The rep was good at helping to find a good car for my trip. I was even able to make an emergency reservation over the phone for a same day pickup!

  I called to let them know I was on my way there, & they did not tell me they close at noon on Saturdays. Partially my fault for not looking at their hours, but I called & they could have told me that.

  I experienced an issue with a business reservation at the Grandview location that prevented me from picking up my rental. I ultimately went to the CMH Enterprise location, where Carlos immediately resolved the issue. Although the problem did not originate at his branch, Carlos took ownership, acted with urgency, and ensured I was able to get into a vehicle the same day. His professionalism and customer service turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience. Carlos is a true asset to Enterprise and deserves recognition.
