- RRRandyNov 14, 20255.0This particular car rental at John Glenn Airport is very large with lots of cars to choose from. You are told to go down a certain aisle and pick one. Choose wisely. Then you drive to check out booth, answer a few questions then you leave. Returning is easy , sort of the same way. For me being a senior citizen and a first timer it was a little overwhelming but overall a good experience.

The check in for the rental contract at the customer service desk was fairly easy and quick. The vehicle choice was great and late model as well. There were clean restrooms in the facility with hot water and paper towels. The vehicle received was clean and ready for use with one key fob.
