They are quick, they are willing to work with you to meet your needs. - JPJessica PerrinDec 29, 20255.0I was involved in a hit and run on December 2nd. I was scheduled the next week to drop my car off at Davidson's collision center. Coleman from Enterprise picked me up from the collision center. He was very nice and professional. We talked about the size of the vehicle I would be receiving. I shared with him that I was having some driving anxiety after my accident so I didn't want a small vehicle. Once we got to Enterprise we went inside and he went over all of the paperwork and he answered all of my questions. He then walks me out to check for dents and scratches on the vehicle before I left with it. I was super excited to see that it was a red Mitsubishi outlander and had just been washed. It had all the good stuff. Heated seats , 3 rows and seats up to 7, 360 cameras. Great sound system and best of all it had a snow mode button. That thing drove so good and it drove even better after the snow storm we had. My car is very basic and this thing makes me excited for when I purchase a new car. Once my car was done at the shop I picked my car up and left the Enterprise car at the shop. They took care of the rest. That really takes a lot of stress of dropping the car and then getting a ride back to the shop for my car. When I need a rental in the future I will be back to see Coleman at Enterprise!

EXCELLENT service produced a SUPERB experience for me from beginning to end. Also, my pick up ride was late to arrive so I had to wait … witnessed several customers receiving the same … it’s the culture, and regardless of gender, race, age, etc., they were respectful and professional with and to EVERYONE, genuinely ( you know phony when you see it … they are INCREDIBLE & EXCEPTIONAL AS A TEAM). Apparently, this is the norm at this location. Thank you.
