Although I specifically requested a rental with modifications on it because I have a disability, the car that I received still showed up with one of them missing. The agent that I worked with was able to resolve it, which I am grateful for. I truly hope that Every agent in the future will know what modifications look like, the names of them, and where to get them so that it can be resolved quickly.
