As someone who rents vehicles frequently—often for long, rural travel tied to my clinical and community outreach work—I have always appreciated Enterprise’s consistency, reliability, and customer-focused service. On my most recent rental, however, I encountered an unexpected and serious safety issue. I had reserved an SUV from the West Broad Street location, and shortly after leaving town and heading more than two hours north into rural Northeast Ohio, I noticed significant steering problems. The vehicle pulled unpredictably and felt unstable on the road, to the point where it was unsafe to continue driving without intervention. I contacted the West Broad Street office first thing the next morning to report the concern. Despite the distance and the fact that I was already well outside their region, the staff responded immediately, professionally, and with genuine concern for my safety. They coordinated seamlessly with a local branch closer to my location to make sure I could get into another vehicle as quickly as possible. I was directed to the Chagrin Falls office, where I worked with Nick. He could not have been more helpful. Understanding my full clinic schedule that day and limited availability, he arranged to meet with me at the end of the day to complete the vehicle exchange. He handled the entire process efficiently, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt safe and supported before getting back on the road. His professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth, positive resolution. While it was the first time in nearly three decades of renting from Enterprise that I encountered a vehicle safety issue, the way the teams at both locations responded reaffirmed why I continue to choose Enterprise above all others. Their commitment to customer safety, their willingness to go above and beyond, and the personal attention they provided throughout the process were exceptional. I am grateful for the prompt assistance, excellent communication, and true customer-first mindset demonstrated by the West Broad Street staff and by Nick at the Chagrin Falls branch. Experiences like this highlight why Enterprise remains my trusted choice for all my travel needs—professional, personal, and everything in between.

    They did not answer the phone at the airport in ohio. I had to drive to another enterprise to get the necessary HELP. I will think twice next time.

    Came to pick up a car I booked through an insurance claim, only to discover that the pick-up time I chose coincided with their closing time- which sucked, but should've been a minor inconvenience. Come to find out they marked that I actually picked the car up when I hadn't, and now I have to wait for Enterprises management team to contact me because this store lied to my insurance. Crazy work.
