Even so, they still took care of me and got me into a rental. They did warn me it wasn’t the best car, but I was in a bind and appreciated the help. They told me to bring it back in a few days and that they’d get me into something better, which they did. The second car was great. I ended up buying my car and returned the rental with zero issues. Everyone was quick, friendly, and accommodating, but one employee in particular stood out. You can tell he’s genuinely a great guy and really cares about helping customers. Only complaint is the Michigan plates… Go Buckeyes!
