Their pickup store is 3 miles from my house but ½ mile from a nearby family member's house, and their drop-off store was ½ mile from the dealership where I bought my used car to drive 105 miles back home. I fully intended to walk back to the dealership after drop-off, but the nice Enterprise agent offered to drive me back (which i graciously accepted). Five stars all around ... AAA+++
