I have been renting cars from Enterprise for over 20 years in many different states and this is hands down the best team I have ever worked with. Barry is kind, compassionate, helpful and respectful and his staff follows his amazing lead. I could not be happier with service at this location!

Upon contacting the office (it took calling 4 times and having to wait over an hour), I was told the manager had to issue the refund. I was assured I would receive a call within 24 hours to resolve it; they never called. I then called over a week later and was told the manager would call within 30 minutes; they never called again. Unfortunately it looks like I will need to dispute through my credit card company.

It was very clean inside and overall was in great condition. My only two complaints are when I received the vehicle, it had 30 miles until empty, so I had to immediately take it to get gas. When the enterprise employee called later that day to see how things were going, she did apologize for that and said to just bring it back as close to empty as possible, which I did. My other issue is that I could never get ahold of anyone actually in person. I had this vehicle for almost a month and tried numerous times to call and would be on hold for 15-20 minutes before giving up and just calling the 800 customer service number.
