  I have nothing but incredible things to say about this location and the customer service. My Mom rents from here a decent amount for work, and Barry always goes above and beyond to make sure she's situated and good. I just returned a one-way rental I picked up here for a very specific car class, and Preston went out of his way to make sure I had this car (even driving all the way to Zanesville to pick it up for me), even communicating with me several times to keep me updated. Best Enterprise location I've gone to, and we will continue to come here, especially for the great service.

  I’m writing to report a serious customer service issue regarding the Enterprise location at 865 Schrock Rd in Columbus, Ohio on Monday, January 26. Due to my personal vehicle being in the shop for mechanical failure, I scheduled a rental at 2:00 PM that day. Both Google and Enterprise’s scheduling system showed the Schrock Rd location as open on a level 2 for the snow. I paid for an Uber (approximately $20) and arrived at 2:50 PM. The location appeared closed. At 2:55 PM, I reached someone by phone who told me to wait because they were on break. I waited an additional 5 minutes, and no one arrived. I then called the Schrock Rd number again and was told by the scheduler that she had no power or way to assist me and suggested I call other locations. I asked to be connected to customer service but was not helped further. At 3:13 PM, I contacted the Karl Rd Enterprise location. The employee there was helpful and attempted to call the Schrock Rd branch with no answer, then transferred me to customer service. While on hold, my phone died. I then had to pay for another Uber (approximately $20) to return home after local pd luckily stopped by and help me charge my phone. I had been standing outside for roughly 40 minutes in winter storm conditions before local police assisted me by helping me charge my phone and find a place to wait safely for my ride. When I later reached customer service, I was told the branch was closed and that I “should have known” due to the snowstorm. However, the location was still listed as open online and through Enterprise’s own booking system at the time I made the reservation. I requested a manager due to the dismissive response. I was connected to a manager named Diego, but the call disconnected after about 10 seconds. I called back and the issue was escalated to the area manager. This situation resulted in unnecessary travel in hazardous weather, added expenses, and being left outside in unsafe conditions due to incorrect business hours and lack of branch communication. I am requesting follow-up regarding: • Reimbursement for the two Uber rides • Clarification on how branch hours are communicated during severe weather • Review of how this situation was handled by customer service. I was told on Monday that this issue was brought up to the area manager, and on January 29th (a Thursday), no one has reached out to talk to me about this situation.
