  The employee was very rude and refused to help me…. I was shocked 😳 at the way he acted as far as to help me with what I needed….disappointing and upsetting early in the morning…. Will not recommend Auto zone to anyone…..Thanks

  Tyler and Pete have been extremely patient and helpful while I was struggling with my spark plugs and were able to identify the tools I needed to do the repair. Fantastic experience and fantastic team!

  This review is strictly for the General Manager Pete! He was absolutely amazing helping me. I had a very intense issue with the mechanic there yesterday who was very rude & disrespectful so that’s why this is a 3 star review and not a 5 star. The mechanic did not want to help me and even accused me of not buying my battery from there when you can clearly see I did when they looked me up in the system and I had my receipt in my email. However, Pete made everythingggggg right today! He apologized on behalf of the staff as well as putting my new battery in & that took him a quick 5 minutes as well as other accommodating incentives. I don’t want no one else helping me at this Auto zone except for Pete I just had a 1000/10 service with him!

  Went in for a hood latch assembly which it says they have online at many AutoZone's. However, when I arrived at the store the gentleman just said we "don't have those here" without even looking up the part? Just so AutoZone knows which store representative was too lazy to even look up the part, he was short in stature with glasses on and was quite rude. You could tell he doesn't like his job. I'll take my business to O'Reilly's. It's an incredibly simple and common part. Online it shows that just about everywhere has them AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, it even shows Walmart having one. Just a blatant lazy employee. You win with people. Bad hire. Just left O'Reilly's up the street with the part in hand
