  I went there to buy oil change and oil filter, there were 2 open registers so I waited in line to be taken care of and the store manager Adam.M when he was done with the customer he was helping, he looked at me in the eyes, nod his head and walked to the next register to help another customer although I was next in line at the register he was before, was it because I am woman or he didn’t like my face that was very rude, unprofessional, discriminatory. I was in the store before all those people that he has checked out. It happened on 02/27/2025 around 12 pm, I don’t know the exact time.

  This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I paid extra for expedited delivery, yet my order was not delivered on the promised date. When I contacted the store, I was told they could not track my order at all and had no idea where it was. How is that even acceptable? I called four separate times, and each time I was placed on hold for about 14 minutes. No urgency, no follow-up, no solutions. One employee even told me that the place they ordered the part from was closed and they “didn’t know,” which is completely unprofessional and frankly sounds like an excuse. After all of this, I requested a refund since no one could tell me when or if I would receive my product. I was then told I’d have to wait five days for a manager to return just to process a refund—for an order they can’t even locate. This entire experience was a waste of time and money. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and zero accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.

  I ordered a part, chose a Friday delivery date, and paid for shipping. I went to pick it up on Saturday, and they told me it had not arrived. I asked why they could not communicate, and the girl I spoke to told me that they do not check for my specific order. They were very dismissive, and unapologetic. They also told me that they cannot tell me when it will get here. Such a lack of professionalism. This was my first time ordering with them and my last.
