The return policy, if you can even call it that, is an absolute joke. It’s convoluted, rigid, and seemingly designed to ensure customers are stuck no matter what. Rather than standing behind their products or using common sense, they hide behind a dumb, customer-hostile policy that feels intentionally misleading. When issues were raised, the response was indifferent at best and unprofessional at worst. No ownership, no effort to resolve anything just excuses. If professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment matter to you, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I will say we had an issue with one of the parts paid for online. The website said it was available when it was actually out of stock. The rep made it right quickly.
