I came in to see what was wrong with my car I’ve been having issue with it and I don’t know much about cars until I ran into him . Not only did he figure out the issues with my car he informed me on a lot of what I should know bout my car so that next time I find issue with my car I’m not clueless I’m more informed now . But overall I’m just very appreciative how patient and helpful he was with my services definitely will be back .

- KBKatelyn BeatyDec 6, 20252.0I called this location about checking and possibly replacing my car battery, and the clerk said they'd be happy to help, so I headed in a few hours later. The cashier and other staff member on staff seemingly had no idea what I was talking about, they mumbled and couldn't meaningfully communicate, they proceeded to remove my battery, only to test it later and find out that it tested "good." So they put the battery back in...then I went to a Batteries Plus place the next day, and the guy there said that the battery *wasn't* good and needed to be replaced, and he did so in 10 minutes without any issues. Confounding customer experience with teens / young dudes who just didn't know how to help me.
